Prior to purchasing Wintegospy I wanted to make sure that I was getting what I thought I was and it was meeting my needs. I had prior purchased another product to monitor my teen's phone activity only to learn that it did not provide anything more than what my carrier already provided.

I use this software for 2 weeks on Android and the only difficulty I had when I needed to rooten my phone, they have a service for that called Wmassistance and I used it to help me with that task. I see all social messages I needed and I have no compaints now. Completely satisfied with this app. I had the app installed quickly, use all the features, and think Had no problems at all! Dropped my broken phone off to their Penarth office and was told exactly what to expect. It took less than a week for me to get my data back and they called me at every part to keep me up to date with everything they were doing to get my data back. I was also told that if I I wasn't happy with the quote and wanted my phone returned to me I could at no extra cost. Although I was perfectly happy to pay what they asked.

I think Tinder is a hostile environment for a teen but when I talk about this, my kid gets annoyed. I was worried she met somebody in person. So to control it, I use this app. For me, safety is above all!

Impressed by the application and support received. Firstly I had some issues after installation on iPhone 7, everything was not smooth, and I even thought to cancel order. This app is being advertised as parental control solution, and so it is - doing perfect job in monitoring the internet activity of specific phone, which you gave to your child, restricting certain URLs for visiting, monitoring chats and so on. On their site they clearly described that any illegal activity (i.e. spying on others) is prohibited - however there are always people who are scared of everything, and give such apps bad reputation. I always say that people break the laws, not tools they use. Similarly to how knife can be used for cutting your bread, but also to hurt someone. However as I speak now, DAVID SCOTSHIRE with customer service was very helpful and courteous. This type of customer service was not available when I used it before so that is a definite plus. I wish there was a 4.5 because I received better than "decent treatment" but I'm not sure I would give the product as high of a mark as Mike.
